Cognitive assessment & training
Find out how you think. Then train it.
An 8-minute assessment measures five cognitive abilities and gives you an estimate with an honest confidence range — then builds a daily training programme around the areas that actually need work.
33 questions · about 8 minutes · no account and no card to start
- Every estimate reported with its range
- Scored by item-response model, not a right/wrong tally

How it works
Measure first, then train on evidence
Most brain-training products start with the games. Starting with measurement is what makes the training targeted rather than generic.
- 1
Take the assessment
Adaptive-difficulty questions across five abilities. Every answer and response time is recorded, because how fast you answer is part of the measurement.
- 2
Get your profile
An estimate with a confidence range, a percentile, and a breakdown showing where you are strong and where there is room to grow.
- 3
Train what needs work
A daily programme weighted toward your weaker areas, with an AI trainer that adapts as your performance changes.
Who it is for
Built for people who want the number to mean something
No age bracket, no entry requirement. The assessment adapts to how you answer, so it works whether you find the first questions easy or hard.

Studying for something
Find out whether the bottleneck is working memory or processing speed before spending months on the wrong drill.

Working, and curious
A measured baseline and fifteen minutes a day, rather than a vague sense that focus is getting worse.

Keeping sharp
Track a performance score over months and see the trend, instead of guessing from how a day felt.

Just want to know
Take it once, read the report, keep it. Nothing here requires a subscription to start.
What is measured
Five abilities, scored separately
A single overall number hides the thing that is actually useful: which specific ability is holding the others back.
Working Memory
Holding and manipulating information over short intervals.
Logical Reasoning
Deducing rules and drawing valid conclusions from premises.
Pattern Recognition
Identifying structure and regularity in sequences and figures.
Processing Speed
Responding accurately under time pressure.
Spatial Reasoning
Mentally transforming and comparing shapes in space.
Example report
Cognitive estimate
Every estimate is reported with the range it could plausibly fall in. A single number without that range would overstate what any short assessment can know.
What you get
What lands when you finish
- Your estimate with the range it could plausibly fall in
- A percentile, so the number has a population behind it
- A score for each of the five abilities, separately
- A daily training plan weighted toward your weakest areas
- A performance score you can watch move over months
Methodology
What this measures — and what it does not
The section most products leave out. If any of it changes your mind about signing up, it has done its job.
How the score is produced
Responses are scored with an item-response model rather than by counting correct answers. Each question carries its own difficulty and discrimination, so a hard item answered correctly counts for more than an easy one. The model produces an ability estimate together with a standard error, which is where the reported range comes from.
Why there is always a range
A 33-question assessment cannot pin a number down exactly. Reporting “118” alone would imply a precision that does not exist; reporting “118, range 111–125” states what was actually measured.
What it is not
This is not a clinical or diagnostic instrument, and it is not a substitute for a supervised assessment administered by a qualified professional. It should not be used for any decision — educational, medical, or employment — that calls for one.
Training and the score
Training improves performance on the trained tasks, and that progress is tracked as a separate Cognitive Performance Score. We do not claim that playing games raises a validated IQ, and your baseline estimate does not move because you trained — only a new assessment can change it.
From us to you
Made by people who dislike this industry’s habits
Cognitive testing online is full of inflated scores, countdown timers that never expire, and subscriptions that are easier to start than to stop. We built the opposite on purpose, and the four things below are the ones we would want read back to us if we ever stopped doing them.

- Nothing to pay to find out
- The assessment and your profile cost nothing. The subscription buys the daily training programme and the AI trainer — and the price is shown before you are asked for anything.
- Cancel from your account, in one click
- No email, no retention call, no form. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then it stops.
- Your answers stay yours
- We never sell your results, and your score is never shared with an advertiser or a partner. You can ask us to erase your account and everything about you at any time.
- We tell you what we cannot know
- Every estimate carries its range, every limitation is written above, and the report says plainly which parts are measurement and which parts are training progress.

The confidence range sold me
Every other test I tried gave me one number and a sales page. This one gave me a range and explained why the range exists. That is the first time an online test has felt like it was being straight with me.
Marta K. · Poland
Found the actual weak spot
My overall estimate was fine, but working memory came out well below the rest. The daily plan has leaned on it ever since and the gap has visibly closed over two months.
Daniel R. · Germany
Good, though the timed items are brutal
No complaints about the report — it is detailed and it explains itself. The speed section caught me off guard the first time. Worth knowing before you start that some questions are on a clock.
Aoife M. · Ireland
Cancelling took one click
I paused after the first month to see whether I would miss it. No retention email, no phone call, no dark pattern. I resubscribed a fortnight later, which probably tells you something.

FAQ
Common questions
If something here changes your mind, that is the answer doing its job.
How long does the assessment take?
About 8 minutes. Some questions are timed, because processing speed is one of the abilities being measured.
Do I need an account to start?
No. You can take the assessment first; we ask for an email afterwards so the report can be sent to you.
Is my card charged to see my result?
No. The assessment and your profile are free. A subscription is only for the daily training programme and the AI trainer, and the price is shown before you decide.
Can I retake it?
Yes, after a cooldown period. Retaking immediately mostly measures how well you remember the questions, which would make the score meaningless.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, at any time from your account. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Ask us to erase your account and we delete your answers, your scores and your training history. Payment records are kept only because accounting rules require it.
